Ms. Ang Yan Lin
Senior Manager of Partnerships & Startup Growth
Yan Lin is experienced in the Singapore and regional startup ecosystems, as she actively drives the development of connected ecosystems in 20 cities and 14 countries through establishing strategic partnerships with regional ecosystem stakeholders and collaborating to facilitate market access and regional innovation for startups. Together with local and global partners, Yan Lin organizes various startup engagements and developed various initiatives, such as ACE Country Insights and Digital Transformation Exchange to build the startup and innovation ecosystem, and help startups scale-up and scale-out.

Yan Lin also co-leads the development and execution of the ACE Market Immersion Programme in Singapore and overseas, a one-week programme created to prepare and support both local and international startups in expanding into the region. She has also led outbound Market Immersion Programme to France, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Yan Lin helps startups achieve their first steps in understanding and entering the market, through driving leads and deals in their target markets.
Ms. Ching Tseng
Ching is an Associate in charge of our investments in blockchain startups, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia. Ching interned at AppWorks for 1.5 years when she was in college. After earning her B.B.A from National Chengchi University in 2015, she returned as an Analyst. She has played an instrumental role in managing the entire lifecycle of several AppWorks portfolio companies from investment to exit, including CHOCO TV’s journey from Series A to an eventual acquisition by LINE. Ching has also been our in-house specialist for rising youth trends and consumer behavior, and became an Associate in 2019.
Ms. Jinn Issarachaikul
Chief Operating Officer
Jinn has over 15 years of international experience working in the US, Singapore and Thailand. She has proven track records in pioneering the growth for global tech giants in Thai market, holding key positions such as Head of Sales and Business Development for Facebook and Country Manager for Amazon Global Selling. Her expertise is in building high caliber sales teams, business development and marketing, all of which in the fast pace of digital industries.

Jinn is now the COO of RISE - a Regional Corporate Innovation Powerhouse, where she brings her experiences and global exposure to accelerate the growth of Thai and Southeast Asia corporations through innovation.

At RISE, Jinn also supervises RISE Global Accelerator Program where RISE screens and scouts tech startups across Asia and the world to plug into leading Thai and Southeast Asia corporations.

Jinn has a degree in Computer Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA from University of Oregon where she developed the love for running. She has completed 4 marathons and is still counting.
Mr. Cong-Thang HUYNH
Thang is an entrepreneur from Vietnam who has influence startup, innovation in ASEAN especially Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia and Chile.
  • Co-Founder & CEO at InnoLab Asia (the implementation partner of Open Innovation Vietnam initiative from the Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology for Open Innovation and Innovation in Vietnam and South East Asia).
  • Mentor at Start-Up Chile ( an initiative of the Chilean Government to attract early stage, high potential entrepreneurs bootstrap their startups using Chile as a platform to go global).
  • International Adviser at Orphans' Futures Alliance Vietnam (ORFA).
  • Founder at Lead The Change ( youth and startups which empowers them to step into the world with essential entrepreneurship training, mentorship and networks).
  • Co-Founder & CEO - VICGO (a management consulting company for corporates & government).
  • Over 10 years experienced, Thang is engaging and consulting actors in several industries, including start-up mentoring. With high communication and leadership skills, he is also leading young Vietnamese communities from various backgrounds: Education, IT, Innovation, Business & Marketing.
  • He received the Edutech Leadership award 2017 at Global Edutech Congress and Award 2017 at Mumbai, India thanks to his contribution to education and technology.

To nurture I&T talents and to foster Hong Kong as a regional hub for innovation and technology development, HKSTP runs three incubation programmes, namely Incu-Tech, Incu-App and Incu-Bio, plus a pre-incubation programme known as Science and Technology Entrepreneur Programme (STEP).

Amid pandemic, HKSTP is hosting the first-ever Virtual Incubation and STEP Graduation Ceremony to celebrate the success of our 2020 graduates this year, including the first cohort of graduates from STEP, breaking the all time record.
